Found this in a dorm hall. It reads. “The streets will flow with the blood of the non-believers.”
It would be almost creepy if I found it at all believable.

I tried to donate blood today.

failure.

Apparently my iron is too low, which is funny because last time I was at my doctors’ they said my iron was really high and the time before that it was low enough to cause concern.

Dear Iron level,

Please make up your mind,

sincerely,

me.

no seriously. I suppose my diet keeps changing, or at least I guess it has. I went from eating home cooked food to school food to home-cooked food again. I mean, the evidence in that is apparently in my weight loss. Since they needed my weight for the form you fill out for giving blood and I had no idea what it was, they took it. (I refuse to keep a scale in any living area I stay in because I don’t want that number to mean anything. I don’t want to obsess over it) So I was 18 pounds lighter than the weight that I last remember seeing on one of those lovely things. (and by lovely, yes: I mean dreadful.) I go up and down in weight all the time, but it’s never more than a 5 pound variable, so this is kinda odd for me. It’s not huge, but its sort of interesting because I wasn’t trying to lose weight or anything, it just happened.

*insert paranoia about becoming underweight and having low iron here*

*sigh* this is my life.
